Ingredients

  • 500 g spinach, youn, frozen
  • 1 packet gnocchi from the fresh food counter
  • 250 g shrimp (s), thawed, drained
  • 2 onions)
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 250 ml cream substitute 7% fat
  • 2 handfuls parmesan, grated or Emmentaler
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Heat the butter in a large pan and fry the gnocchi until golden brown. Set the gnocchi aside and sauté the diced onions in the remaining frying fat. Add the prawns and fry on both sides for about 3 minutes.
  2. Add the drained spinach and garlic, pour in the cream substitute and return the gnocchi to the pan. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg, sprinkle on the cheese and stir everything together.
