Ingredients

  • 2 pt gnocchi
  • 0.5 ½ onion (s), diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, diced
  • 150 g ham, diced
  • 1 cup cream
  • 300 g spinach, frozen
  • 3 carrot (s)
  • butter
  • Flour
  • broth
  • oregano

Instructions

  1. Sweat the onion and garlic in butter. Add the ham, dust with flour and stir briefly. Pour on the cream, continue stirring and pour on the broth. Add the spinach and finely chopped carrots.
  2. In the meantime, cook the gnocchi according to the instructions on the packet.
  3. Season the sauce with oregano and, if necessary, thicken with flour. Serve with the gnocchi.
