  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 2 Table spoons milk
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, white
  • 2 small chilli pepper (s), fresh jalapeno-
  • sea-salt
  • Pepper, green a.d. Mill

Instructions

  1. Mash the cream cheese with a fork, mix with honey, milk and vinegar with a whisk until smooth. Halve the jalapeno pods, clean, wash and dice. Mix with the dressing, season with salt and pepper.
  2. The dressing goes best with romaine lettuce, celery, grilled zucchini. If you prepare the dressing without milk, it becomes thicker and is suitable as a dip for vegetable sticks or as a filling for baked potatoes.
