  • 1 tablespoon oil (olive oil)
  • Herbs (herbe de provence)
  • Dough (brick or filo dough from the Turkish shop)

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle the cheese with “herbes de provence”. Roll the cheese in the batter (do not use too much batter). Put olive oil on and put it in the oven until everything is nicely browned.
