Ingredients

  • 2 slices toast
  • Goat cream cheese or roll, depending on your taste
  • Honey, (forest honey)
  • Thyme or
  • herbs Provence

Instructions

  1. Toast the toast slices in the toaster.
  2. Meanwhile, cut the goat cheese into slices. I always use the goat roll, which is more like a camembert. You can also use cream cheese.
  3. Immediately cover / brush the warm toast with the cheese and drizzle with honey.
  4. Sprinkle with the herbs. I still place the toasts on the toaster`s bun attachment and heat them up again so that the honey and cheese and herbs melt into a melting composition. Enjoy immediately.
