Ingredients

  • 250 g rocket
  • 0.5 ½ mango (s)
  • 0.5 ½ avocado (s)
  • 1 packet goat cheese or feta cheese
  • 1 packet bacon
  • some balsamic cream
  • mustard
  • honey
  • oil
  • orange juice
  • vinegar

Instructions

  1. Wash the rocket and divide on 2 plates. Dice the mango and avocado and place on top of the rocket.
  2. Mix 4 spoons of mustard, 1 spoon of honey, a little oil, a little vinegar and a little orange juice into a fruity sauce and pour over the mango and avocado
  3. Dice the goat cheese, sheep cheese or both depending on your taste and wrap each with a slice of bacon, then fry the cubes in the pan on all sides. Be careful, the goat cheese will run in the pan if it is not completely wrapped! Place the warm bacon cubes on the salad and pour the balsamic cream on top
  4. A few dates also go well with it. Because we were very hungry, there was also a piece of quiche.
