Debark the toast and cut diagonally. Put a goat cheese on each half of the toast, pour a teaspoon of honey over it and season with a little pepper. Place in the preheated oven at 180 ° C and bake until the cheese starts to melt. This takes about 8-10 minutes.
In the meantime, wash and dry the salad and arrange on dessert plates. Place 2 halves of toast on top and decorate with the fruit.
I like a dessert wine or a sparkling rosé with it.
