  • 1 slice (s) bread (black)
  • 1 goat cheese
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lentils (beluga)
  • parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook the lentils according to the package instructions (wash the lentils and boil 3 times the amount of water without salt) and let them cool down a little.
  2. If necessary, cut the black bread in half, brush with honey and spread the lentils on top. Then place the sliced goat cheese on top and press on. Finally, spread some honey on it and sprinkle with chopped parsley to taste.
  3. Can be prepared very well and tastes absolutely delicious as an entree next to a fresh salad or as a somewhat different dessert.
