Ingredients

  • 250 g ooseberries
  • 100 g chocolate, white
  • 150 g butter / mararine
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 125 g suar, brown
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 275 g flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 4 tablespoons milk
  • Chocolate decor, (possibly white chocolate rolls)
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting
  • Cocoa powder, for dusting
  • Gooseberries, for decoration

Instructions

  1. Clean the gooseberries, finely chop the chocolate, beat the fat, salt, sugar and vanilla sugar with the whisk of the hand mixer to a light, frothy cream. Stir in eggs one at a time. Mix the meal and baking powder, stir in alternately with milk. Fold in the chocolate and gooseberries.
  2. Place two paper cases in each of the hollows of the muffin tray, or grease the hollows well and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Spread the batter evenly in it. The hollows should be about 3/4 filled with dough. Bake in a preheated oven (electric stove: 175 ° C / convection: 150 ° C) for about 25 minutes. Let the muffins rest briefly in the baking tray, then remove and let cool on a wire rack.
  3. Decorate with chocolate rolls and gooseberries if necessary. Dust with powdered sugar and cocoa.
