Ingredients

  • 4 shortbread biscuits, whole grain
  • 100 g ooseberries, fresh or frozen
  • 300 g cream yourt
  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • lemon balm

Instructions

  1. Beat the yogurt and sugar until smooth. Wash the gooseberries and remove or defrost them, depending on whether frozen or fresh products are used. Crumble the biscuits in glasses. Put some of the cream on top of the biscuits, then top with the gooseberries and then the rest of the cream.
  2. Garnish with a couple of gooseberries, biscuit crumbs and a leaf of lemon balm on top.
