Ingredients
Ingredients- Flour – 300 g
- Curd 9% – 250 g
- Sugar – 300 g
- Eggs – 3 pcs.
- Butter – 150 g
- Soda – 1 teaspoon.
- Vinegar – for extinguishing soda
Instructions
- Grind butter at room temperature with sugar.
- Add eggs, cottage cheese, slaked soda and flour alternately. Mix everything thoroughly.
- Put in a greased form, bake at 180 degrees for about 1 hour. Cool in shape.
