Ingredients

  • 100 g Goronzola
  • 0.5 ½ onion (s)
  • 0.5 ½ garlic
  • 200 g cream
  • thyme
  • salt and pepper
  • butter
Gorgonzola – Cheese Sauce

Instructions

  1. Fry the onion, garlic and thyme in a little butter, pour in the cream. Cut the Gorgonzola into small pieces and add to the cream, cook until the Gorgonzola has melted (stir several times). Season to taste with pepper and salt.
