Ingredients

  • 5 tablespoon butter
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 400 g cream
  • 200 g Goronzola with cream
  • 400 g double cream cheese with herbs
  • Pepper, whiter
  • 500 g pasta, (Spirelli)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta as usual.
  2. Melt the butter and sauté the onion until translucent. Add the garlic (pressed) and sauté briefly. Then pour the cream on top, add both cheeses (cut into small pieces), stir with a whisk and heat slowly. Not cook! Season with a little pepper. Finished
  3. Use: With green or colored pasta and vegetable dishes
