Ingredients- 250 g spinach leaves, frozen
- 1 cup cream
- 50 g cheese (Goronzola)
- salt
- pepper
- 500 g penne

- Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Dissolve the Gorgonzola in cream and 1/2 cup of water. Add the defrosted spinach, season with salt and pepper. If necessary thicken with a little sauce thickener. Pour the sauce over the pasta.
