Ingredients

  • 1 packet cream cheese with herbs (e.g. Bresso)
  • 1 packet cream cheese
  • 2 onions)
  • 50 g ham, raw (e.. diced ham from the map)
  • 80 g cheese (Gouda), rated
  • 2 egg (s), hard-boiled, peeled
  • 1 bunch chives
  • 6 slices cheese (Gouda)
  • salt and pepper
  • Curry powder
  • 60 slices bread (black bread thaler, 4 cm diameter)

Instructions

  1. Put the herb cream cheese and cream cheese in a bowl. Finely dice the onions and eggs. Cut the chives into rolls. Add the ham, Gouda cheese (grated), eggs, onions and chives to the cheese mixture. Season the mixture with salt, pepper and curry.
  2. Spread the cheese mixture on the gouda slices. Roll up from the short side. Put in a cool place (then they are easier to cut).
  3. Cut the gouda rolls into 1 cm thick slices and place them on the bread rolls. The gouda rolls can be prepared 1 - 2 days before consumption.
