Ingredients

  • 4 port. Fish fillet (s) (150 g each), e.g. saithe
  • 1 can (s) tomato (s), peeled and cut into pieces
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoon oregano
  • 2 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • 150 g parmesan, freshly rated
  • 4 tablespoon sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 lemon (s), juice it

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the garlic cloves and carefully sweat in oil (do not let them turn brown!), Then add the tomato paste and roast a little. Add the tomatoes, sugar and oregano, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Wash the fish fillets, pat dry and drizzle with the lemon juice, then season with salt and pepper.
  3. Put some of the tomato sauce in a baking dish and place the fish fillets on top. Spread the rest of the sauce on top. Mix the breadcrumbs with the cheese and sour cream and pour onto the tomatoes.
  4. Cook everything in the oven (top / bottom heat) at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
  5. This goes well with rice and a crunchy salad.
