Ingredients

  • 3 egg (s)
  • 50 ml cream
  • 50 ml milk
  • 50 ml mineral water
  • 100 g North Sea shrimps
  • some butter, (truffle butter)
  • some chives
  • 0.5 ½ onion (s), red
  • some Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 pinch (s) pepper
  • 1 pinch (s) turmeric
  • some butter

Instructions

  1. Mix the eggs, cream, milk and mineral water together and mix with Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper and turmeric.
  2. Heat the butter in a pan and then dice and fry the onions. Then add the egg mixture to the pan and stir regularly and wait for the scrambled eggs to harden.
  3. As soon as the scrambled eggs are almost completely hard and are still slightly translucent, add the truffle butter. After a few seconds add the crabs. Fry for another minute, then add the finely chopped chives and serve immediately.
  4. Ideally with a romantic love breakfast with a glass of sparkling wine and some white bread.
