Ingredients

  • 20 g yeast
  • 250 g wheat flour, type 1050
  • 125 g rye meal
  • 125 g wheat meal
  • 50 g flaxseed
  • 50 g sesame seeds
  • 75 g sunflower seeds

Instructions

  1. Warm the buttermilk, salt and syrup to lukewarm and dissolve the yeast in it.
  2. Mix the flour, grist and grains. Add the buttermilk and yeast mixture and knead everything well.
  3. Put the dough in a greased loaf pan (approx. 25 cm) sprinkled with flour and bake for 2 hours in a preheated oven at 150 ° C.
