- 500 ml buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 75 g beet syrup
- 20 g yeast
- 250 g wheat flour, type 1050
- 125 g rye meal
- 125 g wheat meal
- 50 g flaxseed
- 50 g sesame seeds
- 75 g sunflower seeds
- Fat and flour for the mold

- Warm the buttermilk, salt and syrup to lukewarm and dissolve the yeast in it.
- Mix the flour, grist and grains. Add the buttermilk and yeast mixture and knead everything well.
- Put the dough in a greased loaf pan (approx. 25 cm) sprinkled with flour and bake for 2 hours in a preheated oven at 150 ° C.
