Grainy Cream Cheese Dip

Ingredients

• 250 g cream cheese, rainier
• 200 g sour cream
• 1 spring onion (s)
• 1 small bunch parsley
• 1 squirt lemon juice
• 1 dash agave syrup
• salt and pepper

Instructions

1. Mix the cream cheese with the sour cream. Chop the spring onion and parsley and stir in. Season with a splash of lemon juice, agave syrup, salt and pepper to taste.
2. I like to use freshly ground, red pepper berries. These have an intense pepper taste without the typical sharpness.
