Grandfather`s Tomato Salad

• 8 tomato (s)
• 1 medium onion (s)
• salt and pepper
• 150 ml sweet cream
• 2 tablespoon chives in rolls

Instructions

1. Cut the tomatoes into wedges, cut out the green stalk, and place in a bowl. Finely dice the onion and mix with the tomato wedges. Season with salt and a little pepper. Pour the sweet cream over the top, mix and serve garnished with chives.
