- 125 g butter
- 100 g suar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 5 egg (s)
- 125 g whole wheat flour
- 125 g oat flakes, coarse
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 300 ml milk
- 2 tablespoon rum, possibly
- possibly powdered sugar

- Stir the ingredients well with the hand mixer and let soak for at least half an hour. I have already tried it without letting it swell, but then unfortunately the oat flakes in the finished waffles were still too firm.
- Bake one scoop of the finished waffle batter in the waffle iron. Then we only sprinkle them with powdered sugar.
