Ingredients

  • 125 g butter
  • 100 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 5 egg (s)
  • 125 g whole wheat flour
  • 125 g oat flakes, coarse
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 300 ml milk
  • 2 tablespoon rum, possibly
  • possibly powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Stir the ingredients well with the hand mixer and let soak for at least half an hour. I have already tried it without letting it swell, but then unfortunately the oat flakes in the finished waffles were still too firm.
  2. Bake one scoop of the finished waffle batter in the waffle iron. Then we only sprinkle them with powdered sugar.
