Ingredients

  • 1 large chicken, fresh
  • 1 large can asparagus
  • 1 glass mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 can pineapple
  • 1 small Jar mayonnaise, (salad mayonnaise)
  • 1 tablespoon curry
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (n)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the chicken until it is done and let it cool. In the meantime, cut the asparagus and pineapple into pieces (not too small). Mix the mayonnaise, the curry powder and the pineapple juice into a sauce (use the juice until a creamy sauce is formed. Then season the whole thing with the lemon juice, the Worcester sauce, pepper and salt. If you like it spicy, use chilli pepper. Process the cooled chicken, i.e. remove the skin and bones and tear the meat into pieces. Now mix the meat with all the ingredients (pineapple, asparagus, mushrooms) and pour the sauce over it. Stir and let it steep. Plenty of baguette and a dry white wine are enough. You can also freeze the broth for a delicious soup very easily.
