Ingredients

  • 2 glasses beans, wax beans, yellow, each 360 g drained weight
  • 1 glass pickled cucumber (s), 360 g drained weight
  • 200 g cream
  • 1 onion (s), chopped
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar, (white wine vinegar)
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 2 pinches savory, dried or fresh
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Drain the beans in a sieve and remove any threads and stems that may be present.
  2. Chop the cucumber, peel and chop the onion.
  3. Make dressing and mix everything.
  4. The color contrast in the salad looks nice and it tastes delicious.
