  • 4 thin beef roulade (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 2 pickled cucumber (s)
  • 4 slices bacon (thin )
  • 40 grams flour
  • butter
  • 4 tablespoon sour cream
  • 1 small vegetable onion (s)

Instructions

  1. Wash the roulades, dry them and season with salt and pepper. Peel the onions and chop them together with the cucumber. Place a slice of bacon on each roulade and top with the onion and cucumber pieces. Roll up and secure the slices, then roll them in some of the flour.
  2. Heat the butter in a saucepan and fry the roulades in it. If necessary, add a little water and stew in a closed pot for about 1.5-2.5 hours, depending on the size and degree of doneness. Mix the sour cream and pour over the roulades, simmer for a few more minutes. Then take out the roulades and remove the fastening.
  3. Mix the flour with a little water and use it to thicken the sauce.
  4. Arrange the roulades on plates and pour the sauce over them. Serve hot.
  5. Tip: If you like, you can add some tomato paste to the roulades.
