Ingredients

  • 1 cauliflower
  • 400 g minced meat
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt and pepper

  • 2 egg (s)
  • Fat for the shape
  • 50 g butter
  • 0.25 liter ¼ cream
  • 50 g cheese, rated

Instructions

  1. Wash the cauliflower and cut into florets, then cook in lightly salted water until firm to the bite.
  2. Mix the minced meat with the finely chopped onion, salt, pepper and nutmeg and 1 egg and season to taste.
  3. Put the cauliflower in a greased baking dish and top with flakes of butter. Spread the mince on top. Mix the cream with the egg and cheese and pour over it as well.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven at approx. 200 ° C for 25 minutes.
