Ingredients

  • 0.5 liter ½ milk
  • 125 g rice puddin
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 50 g butter
  • 100 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 0.5 ½ pack custard powder (vanilla flavor)
  • 2 drops bitter almond flavor
  • 4 drops flavor (lemon flavor)
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled baking powder
  • 2 tablespoon almond (s), chopped or almond sticks
  • 3 tablespoon raisins
  • some rum
  • 3 apples
  • Butter for the mold
  • Breadcrumbs for the mold

Instructions

  1. Prepare the rice pudding with a pinch of salt in the milk according to the instructions on the package and then leave to cool. Soak the raisins in some rum.
