Instructions

  1. Knead all ingredients except for the egg yolk and the crumble and roll out with a rolling pin (attention: sprinkle flour under the dough, otherwise it will stick to the table top!). Now cut out figures.
  2. Brush the figures with egg yolk and then sprinkle with chocolate or colorful decorative sprinkles as desired. Now you can carefully lift the biscuits off the table with a knife, place them on a baking sheet and bake them in the fan oven at 170 ° C until they are lightly brown.
  3. Attention: The amount stated is sufficient for approx. 1 tray of biscuits. But I always bake 10 times the amount. You only need 4 eggs for this, not 10!
