Ingredients
- 4 pork schnitzel
- 1 onion (s)
- 400 g mushrooms (mushrooms, chanterelles, etc.)
- 1 teaspoon paprika powder, noble sweet
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 cube gravy
- 125 ml water
- 2 cucumber (s)
- some paprika, pickled
- some parsley
- Fat, for frying
- salt and pepper

- Season the schnitzel with salt and pepper, fry and remove. Let the onion cubes turn yellowish in the roasting fat, briefly fry the mushrooms, add the sour cream mixed with starch, the gravy, spices and water and cook for approx. 3 minutes. Briefly place the schnitzel in this sauce again and sprinkle with chopped cucumber, paprika and parsley.
