Ingredients

For the sprinkles:

  • 300 grams flour
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 200 g butter
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • Fat, for the shape

For the filling:

  • 250 ml cream
  • 500 g low-fat quark
  • 100 g suar
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 40 g cornstarch
  • 1 kg apples
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Process the ingredients for the crumble in a bowl with a dough hook, knead by hand if necessary.
  2. Put about 2/3 of the crumble in a greased springform pan and press down lightly.
  3. For the filling, mix all ingredients except for the apples into a smooth mixture and place on the crumble base. Peel the apples, cut into wedges and add to the curd mixture. Spread the remaining crumble on top.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 50-60 minutes. Then let the cake cool in the tin for at least 30 minutes.
