Ingredients
- 750 ml milk
- 1 egg (s), separated
- 40 g suar
- 1 pck. Pudding powder, for boiling for 500 ml milk (vanilla flavor)
- 1 pinch (s) salt

- Separate egg. Beat egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff.
- Remove approx. 3 tablespoons of the milk and bring the rest of the milk to the boil.
- Mix the egg yolks with the 3 tablespoons of milk, the sugar and the pudding powder.
- When the milk boils, stir in this mixture with the whisk and let it boil for a minute. Then take it off the stove.
- Fold in the egg whites so that small snowflakes are still visible, this makes the soup wonderfully airy.
- Ready to enjoy!
- Leftovers can also be eaten cold, then taste like very creamy vanilla pudding.
