Ingredients

  • 750 ml milk
  • 1 egg (s), separated
  • 40 g suar
  • 1 pck. Pudding powder, for boiling for 500 ml milk (vanilla flavor)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt

Instructions

  1. Separate egg. Beat egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff.
  2. Remove approx. 3 tablespoons of the milk and bring the rest of the milk to the boil.
  3. Mix the egg yolks with the 3 tablespoons of milk, the sugar and the pudding powder.
  4. When the milk boils, stir in this mixture with the whisk and let it boil for a minute. Then take it off the stove.
  5. Fold in the egg whites so that small snowflakes are still visible, this makes the soup wonderfully airy.
  6. Ready to enjoy!
  7. Leftovers can also be eaten cold, then taste like very creamy vanilla pudding.
