Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 125 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 6 tablespoon oil
  • 6 tablespoon milk
  • 75 grams sugar
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 300 grams flour
  • 1 point baking powder

For covering:

  • ml 1,250 milk
  • 10 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 4 points pudding powder, vanilla
  • 6 cups sour cream
  • 250 g raisins
  • possibly rum

Instructions

  1. Mix the quark with the oil, milk, sugar and egg. Mix the flour and baking powder and knead with the quark mass.
  2. Grease the baking sheet (use the drip pan, the cake will rise strongly), roll out the dough on it.
  3. For the pudding topping, mix some milk with sugar, eggs and pudding powder, bring the rest of the milk to the boil, stir in the mixture and bring to the boil briefly. Caution - stir carefully, otherwise it will burn! The mass becomes very solid. Let the pudding cool down lukewarm, stirring again and again.
  4. In the meantime, wash the raisins, soak them in rum, drain and add to the pudding mixture. Stir in the sour cream with the mixer and distribute everything on the dough.
  5. Bake lightly at 150 degrees / center for about 1/2 hour.
