Ingredients
- 3 kg tomato (s), cut in half
- 3 kg bell pepper (s), yellow, clean and quarter
- 3 onion (s), clean and dice
- 10 clove (s)
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 cup vinegar (wine vinegar)
- salt and pepper
- Chili powder

- Reduce the pepper pieces, the tomato halves and the chopped onions without adding any liquid, then strain and bring to the boil mixed with the vinegar and spices.
- Pour the sauce boiling hot into preheated, clean preserving jars and seal. Store in a cool, dark place.
- Sufficient for 24 preserving jars of 250 ml each.
- A slightly different gift idea for Christmas or simply as a small souvenir.
