Ingredients- 4 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon water
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ mustard, medium hot or hot
- some Maggi
- salt and pepper
- Pinch sugar
- 1 onion (s)

- Peel the onion and cut into fine cubes. Now stir all the ingredients together until the mustard is smoothly incorporated. Add a little more water or season to taste.
- This dressing goes best with tomato salad.
