Ingredients

  • 2 cup / s grapes, red
  • 1 pear (s), pitted
  • 1 cup / s blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 cocktail tomato, optional
  • 2 cups spinach, fresh or frozen
  • 1 carrot (s)
  • 150 ml water

Instructions

  1. Thaw frozen ingredients in the refrigerator.
  2. Cut all ingredients into small pieces, put them in the blender and chop them up.
  3. Add water and run through again.
  4. Add some ice cubes if necessary.
  5. Drink immediately after preparation!
  6. Note: Antioxidants are the guardian angels for our body cells. These can protect our body from harmful influences and reduce the risk of heart disease and cancer. These healthy substances are particularly found in the main ingredients, the red grapes and berries.
