Ingredients

  • 1 half honeydew melon (s)
  • 1 piece (s) cheese
  • 500 g rapes, blue and reen
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • cream
  • Dill, dried

Instructions

  1. Peel the honeydew melon and cut into cubes. Also cut a piece of cheese into cubes. Wash the grapes and cut them in half. Put everything in a bowl.
  2. For the sauce, mix the crème fraîche with a little cream (you can also add water if you want) so that it no longer has such a firm consistency. Then add the dill and, if you like, salt and pepper as well.
  3. Pour the sauce over the remaining ingredients, stir and serve as soon as possible.
  4. If you want to prepare the salad, you should add the honeydew melon just before serving, otherwise everything will get a bit sour taste.
