Ingredients

  • 750 ml grape juice, white
  • 100 g raisins
  • 4 cl rum
  • 1 lemon (s)
  • 500 g preservin suar (2: 1)

Instructions

  1. Pour the rum over the raisins and let it steep overnight.
  2. Pour lemon juice into the grape juice and process with the preserving sugar according to the instructions on the package. Just before the end of the cooking time, add the raisins.
  3. Fill the jelly with a lid and turn the jar a few times so that the raisins are well distributed in the jelly and do not sink to the bottom.
