Grape Salad with Cream Cheese

• 200 g cream cheese
• 50 g butter, soft
• 250 g rapes, blue, seedless
• 250 g rapes, reen, seedless
• 0.5 ½ lemon (s), juice from it
• 3 tablespoon cognac
• Salt and pepper, freshly ground
• 1 packet crackers

Instructions

1. Mix the cream cheese with the soft butter until creamy. Mix in lemon juice, cognac, a little salt and pepper. Finally fold in the washed grapes loosely.
2. Serve with crackers for dipping.
