  • Natural yogurt – 150 ml
  • Grape juice – 200 ml
  • Grapes – 150 g
  • Gelatin – 1.5 teaspoon
  • Sugar – 1 tbsp

  1. Dissolve gelatin in 70 ml of grape juice. Leave to swell for 10 minutes.
  2. Then put the gelatin in a water bath. While stirring, bring until completely dissolved (but not to a boil!).
  3. Mix half of the gelatin diluted in juice with the remaining grape juice.

  4. Wash the grapes, set aside a few berries to decorate the dessert.
  5. Cut the rest of the berries in half and remove the seeds. Arrange the halves of the grapes in bowls.

  6. Pour juice with gelatin into the bowls. Put in the refrigerator for 1 hour to harden the jelly.
  7. Mix yogurt with sugar. Heat the gelatin a little again.
  8. Pour gelatin, diluted in juice, into yogurt. Stir so that no lumps form.
  9. Gently pour the yogurt jelly layer over the grape one. Put the bowls in the refrigerator to solidify the grape-yogurt jelly for another 1 hour
  10. As soon as the grape yogurt jelly hardens, the dessert is ready.
