Ingredients

  • 500 g pink rapefruit (s), prepared and weihed
  • 250 g kiwi (s), reen, weihed prepared
  • 250 g kiwi (s), olden, weihed prepared
  • 500 g preservin suar 2: 1
  • 1 shot rum, optional

Instructions

  1. Peel the grapefruit, remove all white skins and cut out the fillets and cut into small pieces. Peel and halve the kiwi fruit, remove the hard white stalk in the middle of the fruit and cut the pulp into small pieces.
  2. Mix everything in a large saucepan with the preserving sugar, bring to the boil, stirring constantly, and let it simmer for about 3 minutes. Make a gel test.
  3. Then take the pot off the heat, work with the hand blender if you like, add a dash of rum if necessary and pour the jam into glasses while boiling. Let the glasses stand upside down for about 5 minutes.
  4. I don`t work this jam with the hand blender, we like the little bits in it. Those who like a bit tart jam will love this one.
