Ingredients
- 650 g rapefruit (s), filleted (skin and seeds removed) pink
- 350 g apple pieces, prepared (e.. Boskop or Elstar)
- 100 ml orange juice, freshly squeezed
- 0.5 ½ lemon (s), add the juice
- 2 tablespoon calvados
- 1 kg preserving sugar, :

- Prepare 4 - 6 jam jars.
- Puree the prepared fruits with the orange and lemon juice.
- Put the preserving sugar in a large saucepan, stir in the pureed fruits. Bring everything to the boil while stirring and let it simmer for 4 minutes. Stir in the calvados. Pour the jam into the jars. Put on the cover.
- Let cool down and enjoy.
- 100 g have approx. 210 kcal.
