Ingredients

  • 650 g rapefruit (s), filleted (skin and seeds removed) pink
  • 350 g apple pieces, prepared (e.. Boskop or Elstar)
  • 100 ml orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s), add the juice
  • 2 tablespoon calvados
  • 1 kg preserving sugar, :

Instructions

  1. Prepare 4 - 6 jam jars.
  2. Puree the prepared fruits with the orange and lemon juice.
  3. Put the preserving sugar in a large saucepan, stir in the pureed fruits. Bring everything to the boil while stirring and let it simmer for 4 minutes. Stir in the calvados. Pour the jam into the jars. Put on the cover.
  4. Let cool down and enjoy.
  5. 100 g have approx. 210 kcal.
