Ingredients

  • 0.75 liter ¾ grapefruit juice, preferably pink grapefruit, looks better
  • 12 elderflower umbels
  • 1 packet citric acid
  • 500 g preservin suar, 2: 1

Instructions

  1. Let the freshly picked umbels soak in the juice for about 24 hours. Do not wash, just shake off the animals, so do not pick them on the main road! The next day, strain the cones through a cloth and wring them out. Add citric acid and gelling sugar to the juice and cook and fill the jelly according to the instructions on the package. Makes about 1 liter of jelly.
