Ingredients

  • 700 ml grapefruit juice
  • 700 ml orange juice
  • 2 cans tangerine (s), without the sugar syrup
  • 500 g preservin suar, 3: 1

Instructions

  1. Measure the juices and pour them into a saucepan. Add the sugar and bring everything to a boil while stirring. Add the mandarins without liquid and let everything boil for 5 minutes. Stir again and again.
  2. Immediately pour the jam into 4 prepared twist-off jars and close tightly.

  4. Store opened glasses in the refrigerator.
  5. Wash glasses in the dishwasher or by hand. Then rinse the glasses again with hot water and drain them on a tea towel on the head. If you want to be absolutely sure, you can sterilize the jars and lids in the oven at 100 degrees for 10 minutes just before filling.
