Grapefruit Smoothie

An amazing summer, refreshing drink and just a storehouse of vitamins – grapefruit smoothie! As useful as it is divine!

Ingredients

  • Grapefruit – 1 Piece (pink)
  • Banana – 1 Piece
  • Carrots – 1 Piece (medium)
  • Milk – 1 Glass
  • Ginger – 1/4 Teaspoon (ground)

Directions

  1. We will prepare the ingredients we need.
  2. Peel and rub the carrots on a medium grater. We put it in a measuring glass.
  3. Peel and film the grapefruit and add to the carrots.
  4. Cut the peeled banana there.
  5. Add ginger.
  6. Pour in a glass of milk.
  7. Beat everything thoroughly with a blender and serve in glasses.
