Ingredients

  • 1 grapefruit (s), pink
  • 1 tablespoon sweetener (frutilose)
  • 150 g cream cheese
  • 4 mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Halve the grapefruit. Cut into the skin with a sharp knife and remove the pulp. Cut larger pieces into small pieces.
  2. Catch the juice, squeeze out any remaining pulp and mix the juice with the frutilose.
  3. Mix the cream cheese with the sweetened juice and fold in the grapefruit pieces.
  4. Remove the fruit residues from the grapefruit halves. Fill the halves with the cream cheese mixture and decorate with the mint leaves.
