Ingredients

  • 0.5 ½ grapefruit (s), with red pulp
  • 120 g yourt
  • 0.5 tablespoon ½ honey, liquid, e.g., Fir honey
  • Vanilla pod (s), pulp or vanilla from the mill
  • Muesli crunchy

Instructions

  1. Thoroughly remove half of the grapefruit from the peel with the white part and cut into pieces. Season the pieces with vanilla, add the honey and mix. Let something go.
  2. Put the grapefruit pieces in a dessert bowl and pour the yoghurt on top. Finally, pour the crunchy muesli on top and serve.
  3. Add more crunchy muesli if necessary.
