Ingredients

  • 4 slices cod fillet (s)
  • 1 lemon (organic), the juice it
  • 750 g leek
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • 20 g butter for the molds
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 3 tablespoon milk
  • 1 bunch herbs, mixed (e.g .: parsley, chives, cress )
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Lemon juice
  • some water

Instructions

  1. Clean and sour the cod fillets (toss in lemon juice), lightly salt on both sides. Clean and wash the leek and cut into fine rings.
  2. Heat the oil and add the leek. Stew for about 5 minutes, season. Grease one or more casserole dishes with butter, fill in the leek and put on the fish fillets. Pour some water over it.
  3. Mix the cream cheese with the milk. Finely chop the herbs and mix with the cream cheese mixture. Season to taste with the spices and lemon juice and then spread over the fish fillets.
  4. Put the whole thing in the cold oven and bake at 200 ° C for about 35 minutes. The baking time varies depending on the type of oven. We worked with an industrial tunnel oven.
