Ingredients

  • 600 g fish fillet (s) (hake fillet)
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 red pepper (s), diced
  • 1 bell pepper (s), yellow, diced
  • 5 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • 100 g cheese, rated (Emmentaler)
  • 100 g parmesan, rated
  • Flour
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 65 g butter

Instructions

  1. Clean, sour and season the fish fillets. Mix the flour with salt, turn the dabbed dry fillets first in the flour and then in the beaten egg (with 2 tablespoons of water) and fry in approx. 40 g of hot butter until golden.
  2. Place in an ovenproof, buttered dish. Briefly sauté the paprika in the clarified butter, season and spread over the fillets. First sprinkle with the mixed cheese, then sprinkle with breadcrumbs, and finally put flakes of butter on top. Baked at 200 ° for about 15 minutes
