  • 5 small tomato (s)
  • 1 bunch thyme
  • 2 tablespoon almond (s), chopped
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon parmesan, grated

Instructions

  1. Wash the defrosted redfish fillets, pat dry, season with salt and pepper and place in a baking dish. Wash the tomatoes, cut them in halves or eighths and drape them around the fish along the edge. Mix the thyme leaves, garlic, parmesan and almonds well and sprinkle over the fish. drizzle the whole thing with oil.
