- 600 g pork, sliced, seasoned yros style
- 2 bell pepper (s)
- 150 g mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 tablespoon brandy
- 2 tablespoon tomato paste
- 2 tablespoon sour cream
- 100 g cheese
- Herbs
- salt and pepper

- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Clean, wash and chop the peppers. Clean the mushrooms, possibly halving or quarters depending on the size.
- Heat oil in a large pan. Sear the meat in portions, then remove it and set it aside for the time being. Then fry the paprika pieces and mushrooms in the frying fat. Add the meat again and mix with the peppers and mushrooms in the pan. Stir in the brandy and tomato paste and bring to the boil. Stir in the sour cream.
- Now put all the ingredients in a baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven for about 10 minutes until golden.
- Then serve immediately and garnish with a few herbs if necessary.
- Flatbread, baguette or roasted potatoes and salad go well with this.
